Sea World with Olivia

We took our niece Olivia to Sea World yesterday. We have been wanting to do that for awhile. It was a blast. We took her to the penguins first. She wasnt that interested in them. Then we took her to see the walrus and the polar bear. She thought it was spooky and was scared. But then we took her to the Shamu show and she loved it! It was fun to hang out with her. She played with her Shamu stuffed animal on the way home and made it splash.

Shiomi get together

We went to my uncles house to celebrate my mom's retirement. Back in the day all of us cousin's were pretty competitive. We would play dodge ball and football every time that we got together. Well we thought we would relive those days. We played dodge ball at first. Some had the brilliant idea that it should be boys against girls.

We we got clobbered! Now ten years ago I would have never admitted defeat but this time around I was fine being the loser. My cousin who is younger has matured as much as I have a continue to let us play boys against girls. But us girls got them back when we played football. The lesson that I learned was that I am not 18 anymore. I have grown a little and am a little out of shape and it doesn't matter how bad I want to beat these guys, I will still be sore the next day!

Our drive to Julian

Jeremy and I got a new camera so we decided to head to Julian for some fun and to take shots. It was a blast. We walked around this cute town. We went to one store that had all different kinds of candy. One of the candies had bugs in it. It was kind of funny that Jeremy was wearing his Pro Pacific Pest shirt on.

There happen to be a grape stomping fiesta. It was pretty cool. If we actually drank it would have been even greater! There was a live band and kettle corn. And there was huge barrels that you could stomp grapes in. Personally if I did drink, I don't think I would have drank this wine with tons of people putting their feet in it.

We also found these little blocks to build castles. Everyone else was amazing. Ours was kind of lame. So that is why we didn't but any pictures of the good ones so you don't think ours is that bad.

Our First Date

Jeremy and I celebrated our year anniversary of our first date. We went to some spots where it all started. First Jeremy texted me and asked me out like he did when he eventually asked me out.

We went to On the Border. Which was the resturant we went to. And it was kind of cool because we sat at the same booth that we did a year ago.

We then headed Boomers which was one of our first activites. We played a little round of minature golf.

It was a fun night. We are glad we went on this date a year ago!
