A trip to Bates Nut Farm

We took Zack to Bates Nut Farm. It was a lot of fun. Jeremy help Zack feed the goats. Except one of the goats decided to lick Zacks leg. We have a video of it but it didn't capture how funny it was.

We then took him on a ride around the farm. He loved the ride. This picture below is my favorite of Zack and Jeremy.

We then let him see the pumpkin patch and crawl over the pumpkins. Our main reason to go was to get some cute pictures of Zack and I think we accomplished it.

Disneyland with Zack

We took Zack to Disneyland this weekend. We were a little nervous because we weren't sure how he would take the long day. He loved it!! We mainly saw shows but did take him on Pirates of Caribbean. He got a little scared at one spot but was fine the rest of the time. We even got a picture with Mickey. I can't wait for Zack to see this when he gets older. He'll ask me if I will take him and then I will show him that I already did!

The new show World of Color was amazing and of course all the other shows were great as well. The one crazy thing that happen was on the ride California Screamin. The ride got stuck at one of its highest points and had to evacuate all the riders. But good old Disney fixed the problem and the ride was up and moving a couple of hours later.

Zack is laughing

Zack has been giving us little signs of laughing but last night it was for real. He is so much fun! I hope we like our other kids as much as we like him.

whats been up with the Hoys

Things are going great with our family. Zack is almost 3 months old and learning new tricks everyday. Yesterday he rolled over for the first time. He has been talking and smiling a ton and we just love him. Last sunday we finally blessed him in church. It was such a wonderful day. Jeremy's blessing was so beautiful and I was lucky to be sitting next to my brother and my parents.
Jeremy is working hard at work so I don't have to go back to work. I really appreciate his dedication to our family.

I am have been trying to become more motherly and wifely. My goal everyday is to keep my house clean and have a nice meal planned for my husband. I am attempting to bake. I have made a couple of breads and cheesecake. Once I get a couple more treats under my belt I think I am going to pull out the sewing machine and learn what its purpose is.

Other then that we are looking forward to possible being in a house of our own in the near future. We are a happy clan that is loving life!

Swaddling Works

We wanted to see how Zack feels when he gets swaddled. So I swaddled Jeremy. I also wanted to see if he could get out.

My Boys

I am really lucky to have such wonderful men in my life. My husband who is all that I can ask for in a companion. He is loving, supportive, funn and spiritual. And then there is my son who is fun to watch as he discovers this world. He smiles at me with his whole face and I can't help but to be happy.
